ASSOCIATED HAZARD: FLOODING in flood-prone areas.
Meanwhile, light to moderate with occasional heavy rains affecting Batangas, Cavite, Laguna, Bataan, Pampanga, Bulacan, Metro Manila, Rizal and Quezon(Candelaria, Dolores, San Antonio, Sariaya, Tiaong, General Nakar, Tayabas, Infanta, Lucban, Lucena, Mauban, Pagbilao, Real, Sampaloc, Agdangan, Atimonan, Padre Burgos, Plaridel, Unisan) which may persist within 3 hours.
